Ask.com now has skins available to further the "customer experience." This is a screen shot of the skin I put on.
"Experience" is the watchword of the day not only for our profession, but for any industry that has customers. No longer does Starbucks sell you coffee (that's what Dunkin Donuts does), they sell you an experience (which is also how they can charge so much more).
