New Look & Feel to the Flash Chat Librarian Interface

Coming with the November 23rd install (Sunday @3am), the Flash Chat librarian interface is getting a face lift. While the functionality remains the same (except it's faster!), it looks much better and has a lot of new features that I think people will love.
